Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Travade, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the handling described in the Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. If you use Travade for an organization or group, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Accounts and trip companions

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and session, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may enter another traveler’s name, expenses, dietary preferences, or other information only when you have authority or permission to share it with Travade and the relevant trip members.

What Travade provides

Travade provides tools for organizing group-trip estimates, shared and personal expense records, splits, balance calculations, informal settlement summaries, exports, and optional AI-generated planning or recipe ideas. The service may change during beta as reliability, security, and user experience improve.

No banking, payment, or financial advice

AI results and travel information

Plans, recipes, prices, cost estimates, schedules, and other generated content may be incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or wrong. Travade does not guarantee availability, reservations, safety, accessibility, dietary safety, visa requirements, opening hours, prices, or savings. Verify important information with qualified professionals and the relevant provider before relying on it. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information to AI fields.

Your content and shared records

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant Travade a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Shared trip records are visible to authorized trip members. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of content you enter and for protecting downloaded exports.

Availability and beta risk

Travade is provided on an “as available” beta basis. Features may experience errors, service quotas, maintenance, provider outages, data restoration limits, or discontinuation. Keep independent copies of records you cannot afford to lose. To the extent permitted by law, Travade disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension, ending use, and deletion

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Travade at any time and may permanently delete your account through Account settings. Shared-ledger records retained for other trip members are handled as described in the Privacy Notice and account-deletion instructions.

Changes and questions

Travade may update these Terms as the beta evolves. A new version and effective date will be posted for material changes. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law. For questions, use the support page.
