Use Travade lawfully
You may use Travade only for lawful travel-planning and expense-sharing purposes and consistently with the rights and reasonable expectations of your trip companions.
Prohibited conduct and content
You must not use Travade to:
- Break applicable law, facilitate fraud, threaten or harass people, or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
- Enter another person’s data without authority, expose secrets or sensitive personal information, impersonate someone, or misrepresent payment records.
- Probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, trips, APIs, databases, storage, provider systems, or security controls.
- Perform credential stuffing, password attacks, token theft, invitation guessing, session abuse, phishing, malware delivery, or vulnerability exploitation.
- Scrape, crawl, enumerate, or automate access without written authorization, including bulk account creation or collection of member information.
- Evade or defeat authentication, authorization, rate limits, AI quotas, storage limits, safety filters, content validation, or usage restrictions.
- Put malicious instructions, prompt-injection payloads, executable code, or deceptive content into notes, AI inputs, support requests, or other fields in an attempt to alter systems or access data.
- Resell the beta service, use it to build a competing dataset, or place an unreasonable load on the service’s infrastructure.
Responsible security reporting
Do not access, change, download, or retain other users’ data while investigating a suspected problem. Stop testing when you encounter private data or gain unexpected access. Use the support page to request a private follow-up, and never publish credentials, tokens, personal data, or an unpatched exploit in a public issue.
Enforcement and reporting abuse
Travade may limit or suspend access, remove content, preserve relevant evidence, or contact providers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce this policy. Actions will be proportionate where practical. Report suspected abuse through Support without including sensitive information.
