Support
Start with the safest self-service path, or open a public support request without sharing private information.

Before requesting help
- Reset your password — request an enumeration-safe recovery email.
- Open Account settings — update your profile, photo, or password while signed in.
Open a support request
Travade currently uses GitHub Issues as its public beta support channel. A first response is targeted within five business days. This is a target, not a guarantee, and urgent travel, financial, safety, or emergency help is outside Travade’s support scope.
A GitHub issue is public
Include only a short description, the page or feature involved, what you expected, and non-sensitive reproduction steps. Never post your password, email address, full name, profile photo, private trip details, expense records, API or service keys, authentication/recovery/invitation links, cookies, or screenshots containing personal information.
Privacy and account deletion requests
Use Account settings for the fastest authenticated deletion. If you cannot sign in, read the account-deletion instructions and open only a minimal support issue asking for a private ownership-verification follow-up. Travade will not delete an account based only on an unauthenticated public message.
Security problems
If you discover a possible vulnerability, stop before accessing private data. Do not publish exploit details. Open a minimal issue stating that you need a private security follow-up, without including the vulnerability, user data, credentials, or tokens in the issue.
